I’ve just come off a solid, productive week here in the UK, where I spent the first half in London sorting through my writing to-do list and the second half exploring Kent and East Sussex with the Brit. Basically, I’ve been dragging him to as many castles and historic buildings as possible and letting him show me around the area he grew up in. It’s been so great getting to dig my heels into rural England and hanging out with his family during the first beautiful days of Spring.

Otherwise, it’s been a pretty quiet week as I worked to catch up on everything I’d been neglecting due to bad internet and a cracked computer. You may have notice the slow trickle of new blog posts, which should continue next week as I continue trudging through all my notes and stories. I especially can’t wait to churn out some writing about incredible India, which I know you’ll love!
